Privacy policy

Effective October 16, 2026. Plain-language version of how we handle what you send us.

This site is run by Ultimate Turnkey & Maintenance, a WaterBoy Media LLC production (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website and the quote form. Questions: info@waterboymedia.com or 470-859-1231.

What we collect

What you type into the quote form: name, company, phone, email, property address and unit, size, target date, preferred contact method, the services you select and your description of the job.
Files you upload: photos, punch lists, checklists and similar documents. Please do not upload anything that is not needed to quote the job, such as ID, bank or medical documents. Photos of a home may show personal belongings or people; send only what is needed.
Basic technical data: your IP address and the time of the request, kept to stop spam and abuse.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. The site does not run advertising trackers or sell-your-data cookies. The only cookie is a login cookie used by our staff back office.

How we use it

To review your request and reply with a quote, by email, phone or text as you chose.
To schedule, perform, invoice and follow up on work you book, and to keep a customer record so a repeat customer does not have to start over.
To protect the site from spam and misuse, and to meet legal, tax and insurance requirements.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.

Who can see it

Our team members who need it to quote and do the work, including technicians and trainees working under supervision.
Service providers that run this site for us, such as our web hosting and email providers, who handle it only to provide those services.
Where you are a tenant and the work is arranged or paid for by your property manager, landlord or realtor, we may share details of the work with them. Where you are a property manager or landlord, we may share job details with the tenant if needed to schedule access.
Authorities or others when the law requires it or to protect safety and rights.

Calls and text messages

By submitting the form you agree that we may call, text or email you about your request and the work, using the contact details you gave. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop texts, or tell us any time you prefer another way. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to do the work, handle questions or disputes, and meet tax and legal obligations, generally up to seven years. Uploaded photos and files are kept in a private, access-controlled area and are deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; we will do so unless we must keep it by law or for an open job.

Security

Customer records and uploads are stored in a private area behind a password-protected login, not on public web pages. No online system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Your choices

You may ask to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it by contacting us at the address above. Residents of states with privacy laws may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
